  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour or Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tsp Baking Powder or Gluten Free Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups TruMoo Chocolate Marshmallow Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Strawberries
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Topping
  • Maple Syrup for Topping

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except for the toppings) in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until just combined, being careful not to overmix. Let the batter rest for approximately 30 minutes; this allows the gluten to relax and ensures fluffier, lighter pancakes.
  • About 10 minutes before you’re ready to cook, begin heating your griddle or large skillet over medium heat. Lightly spray with a non-stick cooking spray or brush with a small amount of oil or melted butter.
  • Pour or spoon the pancake batter onto the hot griddle in desired sizes (sand dollar size is suggested for easier flipping).
