Servings: 1 Punch Bowl (approximately 8-10 servings)
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with The Mother
- 1 small Watermelon (enough to yield 4 cups of juice)
- 1/2 Gallon Pineapple Juice
- 1 Liter of Club Soda or Lemon Lime Soda (chilled)
- Fresh Elderflower blossoms (for garnish and infusion)
Instructions
- Start by carefully scooping the flesh from the watermelon into a food processor.
- Process the watermelon until it forms a smooth juice.
- Using a fine-mesh strainer, separate the watermelon juice from any seeds and pulp. You will need approximately 4 cups of watermelon juice for this recipe.
- Chill the extracted watermelon juice, pineapple juice, and soda in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to ensure a perfectly cold punch.
