Fast forward to today, and I can confidently say I’ve mastered that initial goal. Cooking has transformed from a daunting chore into a passion, a fundamental part of my daily life. This incredible journey of growth, both personally and culinarily, has been truly rewarding. Yet, alongside this professional evolution, I’m constantly reminded of my children growing up at warp speed, a bittersweet reminder of how quickly life progresses.

My instinct points towards a potential vitamin deficiency, perhaps Vitamin D, which means this girl definitely needs some more sunshine and perhaps a renewed focus on holistic well-being.
