  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (1 stick, softened)
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4 1/2 Cups Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Plain M&Ms
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Crushed Pretzels or Additional Add-Ins

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or a large bowl with a hand mixer), combine the eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until well combined and creamy.
  • Next, add the creamy peanut butter, softened unsalted butter, and baking soda to the mixture. Continue to mix until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated and smooth.
