Ingredients
Meatballs
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats or Gluten-Free Oats
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
Sauce
- 2 Cups Ketchup
- 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar Packed
- 1/2 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1 Tsp Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
For Instant Pot
- 1/2 Cup Water
Instructions

Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.

Spray the rack of the Instant Pot with a non-stick cooking spray.

Form the meatballs and place them on the rack in the Instant Pot. This typically will hold about 12 meatballs.

Pour the water over the meatballs.

In a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients on medium-high heat. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
